Here are the steps for trouble free contacting of the dog lover where the puppy wanted requirements have been notified to you be email You must be a gold (full member) to make contact. 1) Start new browser session OR If you know the member username enter this in the bottom search box. If the dog lover has sent you a message. Click on read messages following login to read and reply to their message.

You may add zip/post Codes covering the areas you service. This is up to 255 characters including the comma seperator which is required.. | |
3. Our dog breeding services cover more than one state/province /city or area | |
Following login click on the update button to select multiple states. Selection of multiple states is available to platinum members. Your services can also be available for multiple cities/areas. Simply click on update following login and edit the city or area fields to add multiple cities or areas separated by a comma. e.g. San Francisco, Los Angeles, Lost Altos | |
4. I don’t understand the free trial - why do I have to pay to read the full message under the trial | |
The conditions of the free trial are made very clear at at sign up and are on our home page and in the sign up form. The purpose of the Free Trial Membership (click for details) is so you can register and gauge the response before upgrading to full membership US$15.00 for 3 months). Many services ask for an upfront fee - before you know what sort of response you will receive. The service does not and cannot guarantee you get a match as this is up to you to convince the dog lover. We are a matching service - bringing dog lovers and dog breeders together and providing the resources and assistance to help. |

Each match varies. We cannot give examples of rates as these vary by country and location. We do not charge any placement fee. We charge a fee for dog breeders gold membership (currently US$15.00 /quater) The dog lover advertising fee is us$5.00. | |
6. How do I update my email address, advertisement or other details? | |
As part of your use of the Site, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your membership Registration Data with current, accurate and complete information. You may view, update and/or edit the membership Data you have provided by logging in to your account and clicking on update. | |
7. How do I remove/suspend myself from search results and mailings |

Simply login to your account and click on suspend. This will remove you from search results and stop mailings. You can reactivate your membership by logging back in and clicking activate. This applies for dog breeders and dog lover members. | |
8. The system is not accepting my credit card or I do not want to pay be credit card. | |
The Clickbank secure payment system has various safety check in place that may reject a perfectly good credit card. At your membership page (first page after login) click on the update link at the of the page. The next page will allow you to turn email notification off. After turning off, click on continue, then click on the update button at the bottom of the following page. 11. I am having problems logging on. My userid or password does not work, or I have forgotten them.
12. I am a registered dog lover. What is the easiest way to contact dog breeders I like? 13. How do I change my user name? This is the only information you cant change. It becomes the key reference for your information and cant be changed.
We notify you of positions according to the information from your profile. However within a city it is very difficult for the system to work out how far away an assignment is from you. So rather then miss telling you of a position that may interest you, we tell you about all dog breeders assignment in your city. Just ignore the ones that are too far away. 15. I seem to going round in circles. The system is not taking me to the right page. This is because the system is losing information between pages. You must have cookies enabled - see how to check at q16 below. Make sure you dont have too many browser windows (sessions) open. You can also experience problems with old browser versions (make sure you have at least Internet Explorer 5.1 - you can upgrade online by clicking on your browser Tools menu then Windows update. Close all browser windows. If you still have problems please tell us the name of the browser you are using and version. 16.
